Rance Molitor and Sonia Rodriguez-Molitor, are the founders of El Paso Personal Trainers, Incorporated home of the brands of Rance and Sonia Coaching and Pilates International. They are expert coaches and trainers in the fitness/wellness and personal/professional development industry. They work closely with individuals and companies to cultivate growth and attain desired achievement.
This power couple has been working together since 1994, building businesses in the El Paso, Texas area and world-wide. Rance and Sonia have a passion for cultivating growth in individuals in order to become the best version of themselves. Their passion for God, people, and purpose is felt through their coaching practice. It's their mission to help individuals live out their purpose, accomplish their goals, and live a life of love, trust, and gratitude.
Why we chose THE NAME
“Rance and Sonia Coaching”
God has brought to our attention that the coaching business we have dreamed of for so many years, must be branded as Rance And Sonia Coaching. We were reluctant at first, as it sounds so self-promoting. We played with different names and logos and then it hit us, it must be "Rance and Sonia Coaching", because our coaching inspiration and intention is all based on our life experiences. Our life as individual people and as a married couple has provided an avalanche of life lessons and guided by God we have overcome and transformed our lives. We are coaches, trainers, and speakers and have a strong desire to empower others to grow in many areas to achieve life balance, which includes faith, finance, fitness, career, personal development, and even decluttering.
As individuals we have fought our individual spiritual battles and, as a couple, we have had highs and lows in marriage and in business. Can you relate with us? Do you battle with fear, personal insecurity, financial insecurity, poor fitness and wellness, a cluttered mind, or knowing you have the potential to be more but can’t move forward? Do you want to live a life of balance, fulfillment, and contentment? Our hope is that we have connected for a reason. RANCE MOLITOR
- Rance Molitor is the co-founder and President of El Paso Personal Trainers, Incorporated home of the brands Rance And Sonia Coaching and Pilates International.
- Throughout the years, since 1991 he has served the El Paso community and international markets as a personal development and life balance coach, personal trainer, Pilates Instructor, and massage therapist, and real estate agent.
- Before entering the coaching and wellness industry, Rance was an entrepreneur and had success in the fields of commodity trading, franchise start-ups and operations, insurance, and direct sales.
- Rance's strongest entrepreneurial attributes is that he is a self-starter, highly motivated, and fantastic with people! His magnetic personality has earned him many appearances on local television stations in El Paso such as KVIA and KTSM. For several years he was the guest host for a successful morning fitness show on KTSM and KVIA.
- Rance currently lives in El Paso, Texas with his wife Sonia. He is also active in his church, Calvary Chapel Sun City, where he serves as a financial coach and co-leads the Financial Peace University ministry.
SONIA RODRIGUEZ-MOLITOR
- Sonia Rodriguez-Molitor is a co-founder and vice-president of El Paso Personal Trainers, Incorporated home of the brands Rance and Sonia Coaching and Pilates International.
- Since 1994, she has served the El Paso community and international markets as a personal development and life balance coach, personal trainer, massage therapist, and Pilates Instructor, and Pilates Instructor teacher trainer.
- El Paso, Inc. In 2004, the El Paso Times named her one of the "Top 50 Most Successful Entrepreneurs Under 40 Years of Age”.
- She holds a Bachelor of Science in Political Science with a minor in Dance from Texas Woman's University (magna cum laude). She also earned a master’s in business administration with honors from the University of Phoenix.
- Sonia was born and raised in El Paso, Texas. She married her husband Rance in 1996 and they have been working together since 1994. She is an active member of Calvary Chapel Sun City church where she serves as a financial coach and co-leads the Financial Peace University ministry.
